Bhumika Lad​

Bhumika has been part of the Kennedy Tax and Business Services team since November 2021, and in the years since, she has built a reputation that speaks for itself — reliable, thorough, and genuinely invested in the clients she works with.

She holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Accounting) from Western Sydney University, completed in 2017, and is currently undertaking her CA Diploma — a reflection of the same commitment to growth that defines how she approaches her work every day.

As Manager, Bhumika works across income tax returns, financial statements, BAS, bookkeeping, and payroll services. Her clients come to her with varying levels of complexity, and she meets each one with the same dedication: understanding the situation, getting the details right, and making sure nothing is overlooked.

Colleagues know her as flexible and dependable,  the kind of person who steps in where needed without being asked. Clients know her as someone who takes their obligations seriously and handles them with care.

Outside of work, Bhumika paints. It’s a quiet counterpoint to the precision of her professional life,  and perhaps not as different as it sounds. Both require patience, attention to detail, and an eye for what belongs where.
